01 Acceptance of Terms

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the dun555 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering your dun555 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. 04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dun555 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or permit any other person to access or use your account.

dun555 strongly recommends that all members enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS on their accounts. You should use a unique, strong password that is not used for any other online service. dun555 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials. All activity conducted through your dun555 account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until you notify dun555 of any unauthorised access and dun555 has had a reasonable opportunity to act on that notification.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

dun555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. dun555 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via payment methods not listed on the platform at the time of the transaction.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits funded by a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Where dun555 identifies a third-party deposit, the deposited amount will be returned to its source and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the full KYC verification process before any withdrawal is approved.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all dun555 bonus offers:

Sports betting markets, including PSL cricket betting and all other live and pre-match betting markets, are governed by dun555's Sports Betting Rules. Key provisions include:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dun555 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 11 Limitation of Liability

12 Amendments & Termination

If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amended terms take effect.

dun555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of any bonus funds and applicable deductions) will be returned to the originating payment method.
